Perfect service! We got taken to the airport immediately upon our arrival, and when we came back, the driver was already waiting for us at the terminal. The parking lot was nice and procedures fast and efficient. We will be back, thank you!

Všetko bolo super až na transfer z letiska na parkovisko. Čakali sme viac ako 40 minút. Autá sa otáčali, ale mali veľa klientov. Asi by to chcelo väčšie auto. Inak nemám čo vytknúť.

The parking place was very good. Transfer was also good and efficient. Only bad thing is communication on phone. Poor english language mixed with polish and russian. It was quite hard to understand because during a conversation on phone, a person was also speaking with someone in background in polish then hanging up phone without any basic manners like: see you soon or goodbye which made conversation very confusing and unclear. During a hard time communicating, heard some swearing and angry phrases... The drivers were polite and nice.

Veľmi dobré odvoz na letisko trval 15 min lebo boli trochu kolóny a cestou naspäť +-8 minút a po pristátí som zavoalal a za pár minút prišiel odvoz.

Very disappointing experience at this parking lot. The night I came, older man, staff member was very polite, spoke English, and clearly explained what to do and where to wait when returning to the airport. The day I came, I called for driver to take me to parking lot. Unfortunately, the situation with another employee was completely different. He spoke only Polish, so I translated a message into Polish and sent it, but received no response. When I called again, I was shouted at, laughed at, and no effort was made to help and resolve the situation. In the end, I had to call a taxi and wait outside in the rain until someone finally came and let me into the parking area. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Well. My return from airport to car park was briliant, no issue ,easy ,quick. But when I arrive that was abig dissapiontment. When I arrived barier didn't open automaticly , so I press button and took a ticket. I was a first time in this car park. When I went office and I've tried explaind what happend and asked if that will be a problem , that lad he was so unhelpfull , becaouse he have to cancel my ticket now and he have booking in system already. He have to spend 30 min to fix that issue . Like in komunism. What that issue is o my god. He need to siting in computer now. I just made mistake , i said sorry but he had so big problem with that. I never seen guy so upset and dissapointed because someone did a mistake . That is his job. Also when I asked how will be looks my return , his answer was so ignorant . " Did you recive your email, you should read" I dont know who give him this job . That guy was about 50 years old. I will never come back to that car park . Somone should teach him how to speak with customers. We got 2026 not 1970 year. I hope someone give him lesson how to talk .

Everything was perfect. We came early morning at 3am to the parking and driver took us immediately to the airport. We will for sure use this parking again if we travel from Krakow.

It's Ukrainian business, so expect Ukrainian style everything. Parking lot in the middle of nowhere, one starts hesitate if seemingly abandoned road won't end while driving there. The lot itself is quite cramped to take in as many cars as possible, grass is not probably cut weeks long. At the end of the day if your flight is late, expect to pay extra because "it's written so somewhere in their container office". Of course you may try arguing extra charge, that's special fun after midnight. It was the cheapest to book though.

Nie pierwszy raz korzystamy z tej usługi, ale prawdopodobnie ostatni. Wszystko było super, ale z lotniska odebrał nas niezadowolony pracownik parkingu. Po przylocie zażądał, żebyśmy wysłali SMS-a z numerem naszego samochodu, a potem nie zaprowadził nas do samochodu ani nawet nie otworzył drzwi minibusa.

KRAKPARK Parking - A great parking facility near the airport that offers reliable and safe parking. The spaces are not marked, the surface is solid, and the whole area feels organized. I appreciate the easy access, clear navigation, and the sense of security when leaving the car for a longer time. The staff was helpful and everything went smoothly. The only downside was that after two days, the car was completely covered in dust, so besides the parking fee of 89 PLN for three days, you should also expect to visit a car wash.
